THE LABEL EDITION, S.L. is a company registered in Spain with VAT number ES B 67153155 and registered in the Mercantile Register in Volume 46288, Folio 181, Sheet B 515369, Entry 1, on 22 February 2018, whose registered address is office at Calle Roger de Llúria 100, 2º 2ª, 08037 Barcelona, Spain. All orders are shipped from Spain and subject to Spanish and EU regulations. THE LABEL EDITION S.L. is the owner of the brand name The Label Edition and the website www.thelabeledition.com. 

 

The present Online Terms & Conditions (“ONLINE TERMS”) shall apply to all purchases made through www.thelabeledition.com (the “WEBSITE”), owned and operated by THE LABEL EDITION S.L. (“the BRAND”) and anyone who may place an order in this website (“the PURCHASER”).

By placing an order, the PURCHASER accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms.

 

1.  ELIGIBILITY

To purchase on our Website, the PURCHASER must be over 18 years old; have read, understand and accepted the Privacy Policy and the present Online Terms and Conditions; and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts according to the Law of the country in which he/she is resident.

By placing an order, the PURCHASER confirms they meet these requirements.

 

2.  PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY

THE BRAND strives to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices on the Website are accurate. If an error is detected, it will be corrected, and the PURCHASER will be informed before the order is processed.

All items displayed on the Website are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock after an order is placed, THE BRAND will notify the PURCHASER and offer an alternative or refund.

 

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Except otherwise indicated, all prices are shown in Euros (€), and include applicable direct taxes, such as Spanish VAT (see Section 11). Shipping costs and import duties, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout and shown before completing the purchase.

We accept major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and other locally adapted payment methods. Accepted methods are listed and updated on the checkout page. All payments are processed through a secure SSL-encrypted platform.

 

4.  PURCHASE PROCEDURE

Before purchasing any product, and just for the forst time, PURCHASER must register as website user. He/she must therefore complete the relevant registration and contracting form that appears on the portal. In following purchases, PURSHASER will just need to enter the site using he/she username and password.

To be registered as user, the BRAND will ask for the following information: 

-       Full name

-       Email

-       Mobile telephone number

-       Address and postal (zip) code

-       Language

-       Country

Once properly registered as website user and regular customer of the BRAND, PURCHASER will receive an email confirming the registration and the possibility of making orders via the web. PURCHASER must confirm he/she email address and account before the registration becomes fully effective.

Additionally, to contract the products, PURCHASER will also be requested to fill the following information: 

-       Invoicing details, to issue the invoice

-       Payment information: credit card or bank account to complete the payment

 

5. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once the PURCHASER’s payment has been verified, they will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation marks the formal acceptance of the order and the conclusion of the purchase contract.

The PURCHASER will also receive a shipping confirmation when the order is ready for dispatch.

 

6.SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We deliver worldwide using trusted courier services. Estimated delivery times are:

-        Spain: 2–4 business days

-        Europe: 3–6 business days

-        Rest of the world: 5–10 business days

The BRAND will offer different shipping options. Shipping costs will depend on the country and the selected shipment option and will be clearly stated in the purchase checkout page.

The most usual delivery terms are:

-         DAP (Delivered at Place) means the PURCHASER is responsible for paying local taxes (including VAT) and import duties upon delivery.

This is usually offered outside Europe, so tax rules are very different country by country,

-         DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) means the BRAND covers those costs and include them in the final price at the checkout.

This is the usually offered across Europe. Specifically, inside the European Union, the BRAND is responsible for collecting the taxes, applying the respective VAT of each destination country.

Updated General Delivery and Shipping conditions will be also available in the checkout page. 

The PURCHASER will receive a tracking link via email once the order has been dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and external circumstances.

If the PURCHASER is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice or attempt to rearrange delivery. If the package is not claimed within 15 days, it will be returned to THE BRAND. Shipping and return costs will not be refunded.

 

7. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The PURCHASER has 10 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

You will receive all the corresponding instructions in order to process your return or exchange. Please note customers are responsible for shipping return costs. 

The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all garment tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided.

The item(s) purchased on www.thelabeledition.com can be exchanged for any other item provided they are in perfect condition and there is stock availability.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the full amount will be reimbursed within one week in the form of a store credit voucher.

Once the returned item is received and approved, THE BRAND will issue a full refund (excluding shipping and return costs) within 7–10 days.

 

8. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT GOODS

If the PURCHASER receives a faulty or incorrect item, they must notify THE BRAND within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

After verification, THE BRAND will either replace the item or issue a refund. In such cases, THE BRAND will cover all shipping and return costs.

 

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Website—including images, designs, logos, and texts—is the exclusive property of THE BRAND and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.

 

10. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY

The PURCHASER’s personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use secure systems to protect personal information and do not store any payment details.

 

11. PRICES AND DUTIES

All prices shown on the Website include applicable direct taxes, such as Spanish VAT, where required by law.

For orders delivered outside the European Union (EU), the price does not include customs duties, import taxes, or any local charges in the destination country. These charges are not collected by THE BRAND and must be paid by the PURCHASER to the local carrier or customs office.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an international order. If duties are refused and the package is returned, shipping and return costs will not be refunded.

 

12. SECURITY AND DATA PROTECTION

THE LABEL EDITION warrants that it has adopted the strongest security measures to guarantee the inviolability of data and that its payment system and server work as a secure gateway server in payment processes via the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. 

The secure server establishes a connection such that information is transmitted on an encrypted basis. In this way, THE LABEL EDITION is ensuring that the information is intelligible between the user’s computer and the Portal.

In this way, by using the SSL protocol, there is a guarantee that users are sending their data to the THE LABEL EDITION server center and not elsewhere, and that the communications and transactions between the user and THE LABEL EDITION server center are encrypted, thus preventing their possible reading or manipulation by third parties.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND FORCE MAJEURE

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.
