Once the order is placed, we will send you an email with the order confirmation.
Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact Customer Care immediately.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to follow the progress of your shipment. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours from the time you received the shipping confirmation email before the link is active.
Please allow us up to 2 business days to process your order.
*IMPORTANT FOR NON EU (EUROPEAN UNION) ORDERS: We cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

All payments made on www.thelabeledition.com are secure. We accept the following cards, credit or debit: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not accept payments via bank transfer, check, cod or telephone.

If the return is being made from the EU, you will receive a prepaid return label with instructions to process your return.
If the return is being made from a NON-EU country, you will receive the instructions to process your return and the customer will take take of the return label.
You can request a return or an exchange for any product within 14 days from the delivery date. For EU (European Union) countries we offer free returns. For the rest of the world orders, we accept returns, but customers must take care of the cost of the return. Returns for defective or erroneous items are always free.
The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all garment tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided.
The item(s) purchased on www.thelabeledition.com can be exchanged for another size or color provided they are in perfect condition and there is stock availability.
All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
